SUGGESTED USE

Setup & Basic Operation

Install the battery as directed inside the battery compartment.

Place the scale on a flat, hard surface for accuracy.

Power On – Press the ON/TARE button, and wait for “g0” to appear on the display.

Switch Units – Press the button to toggle between: g – Grams, ml (water), ml (milk), fl. oz– Fluid ounces, lbs: oz – Pounds and ounces

Measuring Weight & Calibration

Basic Measurement:

Place food directly or in the bowl, and the weight will display instantly.

Tare Function:

Measure material A first.

Press ON/TARE once to reset the scale to zero.

Add material B, and only its weight will be shown.

Continuous Calibration:

Press the ON/TARE button continuously to weigh multiple ingredients one after another without removing previous items.

Return to Zero:

 After removing all items, press ON/TARE to reset to zero if needed.

Energy-Saving Mode

Standby Mode: Activates automatically after 30 seconds of inactivity.

Auto Power Off: Shuts down completely after 90 seconds without use.

Manual Power Off: Press and hold ON/TARE for 3 seconds to turn off manually.

Connecting to Dr Nutrition App

1. Download the App:

Available on Huawei App Gallery, Google Play, and Apple App Store.

Search for “Dr Nutrition” or scan the provided QR code.

2. Automatic Bluetooth Connection:

Simply turn on your smartphone Bluetooth and open the app.

The scale will automatically connect without needing to search manually.

3. Setting Up Your Diet Plan:

From the app’s main screen, select Planner Diet.

Set your daily calorie target (e.g., 2000 calories).

Press Save to store your target.

4. Logging Meals:

Select Meal Add → Choose meal type (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack).

Search for the food you’re weighing (e.g., rice).

Select it and connect it to the weight measured by the scale.

The app will display: Protein content, Carbohydrates, Fats, Calories

5. Using the Cooking Bowl:

Place the bowl on the scale.

Press ON/TARE to reset the weight to zero.

Add food and measure only the contents.

6. Data Storage & History:

All measurements and meal logs are automatically saved in the app.

Easily review past data to track your progress over time.
