Shipping Policy (UAE & GCC Only)

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days (Sunday–Thursday).
• Orders placed on weekends (Friday or Saturday) or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• During high-volume periods (sales, promotions, holidays), processing may take up to 3 business days.

Delivery Partner

All deliveries are handled exclusively by ECO Express.

Delivery Coverage

We deliver only within the United Arab Emirates and GCC countries.

• UAE: Next-day or 1–2 business days, depending on location.
• GCC Countries (KSA, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Jordan, Lebanon, Egypt): 4–5 business days.

Shipping Fees

• United Arab Emirates: Free shipping on all orders.
• GCC Countries: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the size and weight of your order.

Failed Deliveries & Refusals

• If the courier cannot deliver due to incorrect address, repeated failed attempts, or package refusal, the order will be returned to us.
• Customers are responsible for covering reshipment fees.
• If a refund is requested instead, the original shipping cost (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund.

Shipping Restrictions

• We do not ship outside the UAE and GCC.
• We do not ship to countries under OFAC sanctions in accordance with UAE law.
• Certain remote areas in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Fujairah, and Ras Al Khaimah remain out of delivery coverage. In such cases, orders may be collected directly from the ECO Express local office.
