Step-by-Step Return Process

  1. Contact Us: within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@nutrimarket.ae.
  2. Receive Instructions: Our support team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
  3. Send Back the Item: Products must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
  4. Inspection: Once received, our team will check the product’s condition.
  5. Refund / Replacement: You’ll be notified of approval. Refunds are processed or replacements arranged.

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are issued within 7 business days after return approval.
  • The refund is credited to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the funds.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we cover the return shipping.
  • For all other reasons (e.g., change of mind), customers cover return shipping costs.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened personal care, beauty, or food supplements for hygiene reasons.
  • Custom / personalized items.
  • Sale items and gift cards.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The quickest solution is to return your item and place a new order once your refund is processed.
