Step-by-Step Return Process
- Contact Us: within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@nutrimarket.ae.
- Receive Instructions: Our support team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
- Send Back the Item: Products must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
- Inspection: Once received, our team will check the product’s condition.
- Refund / Replacement: You’ll be notified of approval. Refunds are processed or replacements arranged.
Refund Timeline
- Refunds are issued within 7 business days after return approval.
- The refund is credited to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the funds.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we cover the return shipping.
- For all other reasons (e.g., change of mind), customers cover return shipping costs.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
- Opened personal care, beauty, or food supplements for hygiene reasons.
- Custom / personalized items.
- Sale items and gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The quickest solution is to return your item and place a new order once your refund is processed.
